    About Me

I love cooking, dancing, singing, fundraising, researching interesting topics, being a mom and wife. Oh, and I love the coast!

I have a Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology. Our beautiful, one and only son will be off to college in two years. When that happens, I will diligently pursue Speech/Language Pathology again.

I've been cooking since I was 8 years old. My first memory of "cooking alone" ...I'm on one of our kitchen chairs, it's a Saturday morning, and I'm frying bacon.

I "fried" it alright. Didn't realize that food would continue to cook after taken off the burner. I was "hooked."

    I love a challenge.

I am having a great time on this site!

    Favorite Foods

    I love trying new recipes.

My signature recipe is "Recipe#320224" #320224. I've been preparing it for so long that my friends will actually "rate" how good it taste. It's simple ingredients, i.e., cheese, sugar, butter. The times they tell me it's the best, I recall that I didn't do anything else but watch it. Too funny.

Lately, my family and I are enjoying recipes that include soy sauce, fresh ginger, brown sugar, peanut oil, toasted sesame oil, rice noodles and a wok.

The Asian Forum is my favorite. They are engaging, fun, informative and clever.
