    About Me

    I'm a wife,

Stay at home mother of 3 young children,

    K-8 teacher,

and someone who is trying to learn to love to cook. I struggle with time management when it comes to cooking. I don't want to sacrafice healthy cooking for fast and easy cooking. I don't want to be a slave to the kitchen either. I want the majority of my time to be spent with my family not wondering and worrying about what I will be cooking for dinner that night and if it's going to take all night to prep, cook and clean it all up.

I'm looking forward to using this site to help me get some great ideas for family dinners. I want to get some really good meals under my belt, that my family enjoys, so that I can recall them from memory and not have to rely on looking at a recipe card all the time.

    That's my story!
