    About Me

I love JESUS!!! And am learning so much from Him daily. I hope to please Him in all I do, and more times than not, I fail miserably. But that is where I learn of His amazing grace without which I would utterly perish. I hope others will learn of their worth to Jesus and discover His will for their lives as they pursue a deeper relationship with Him their Maker! (John 1:1-3)
I am a wife and mother of two little boys. I have just recently began cooking for my beloved husband, as cooking was not something that my mother did growing up. We were a microwave dinner/eat-out kind of family, so I have much to learn. My husband is a self-employed very hard working man who I want to provide yummy meals for to express my love and grattitude for all that he does. Because I am still learning to balance preparing meals with everything else that comes with being a wife and mother of two little boys, I tend to lean toward easier meals. Ones that don't take a lot of prep time and have complicated steps. I look forward to sharing meal ideas and most of all the Love and Truth of Jesus Christ with all!

    Favorite Foods

Me: Authentic Mexixan food...yum! Like enchiladas (all types), little carne asada tacos (i could probably eat those every day), and pretty much anything with onion and cilantro in it. I'm just not into eating all kind of animal parts. No menudo please. Just the basic, healthy animals and their parts.

Husband: Baked chicken legs and noodles, steak and potatos, beans and rice, corn, green beans, tilapia, the simple good stuff. He doesn't like spicey food or exotic flavors. Butter, salt, barbecue, and lemon is about all the flavoring that pleases him.

Kids: Whatever is set before them! Let's teach our kids to be grateful for Something to eat as the Lord commands of all of us (contentment) at an early age. Let's not forget how many starving families there are around the world!
