    Things that make me happy when they're fresh in the fridge: parsley, a big wedge of Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, lemons.  I don't buy anything "low fat" or, God forbid, "no fat."  My philosophy is to use the best, real ingredients and practice portion control.  Eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow...you know...(actually, you never know!)
