"I cannot tell you how much I love this chicken! It was perfect! The seasoning was delicious and I really couldn't stop eating it. My 5 year old daughter was begging for more and said, "mom, this is the best chicken I have ever had in my whole life!" I agreed! I cooked exactly as directed and even though I didn't let it sit for the full 15 minut..."

Reviewed Beef and Onion Tater Tot Casserole
"good recipe but I didn't like that it sat in the grease. Delicious addictive flavor, but next time I'll make the beef first and drain off the excess fat."

Reviewed Bacon & Egg Casserole
"Delicious! The only critique I can make is that I think the bacon gave it enough salt and I didn't think it really needed the added salt the recipe calls for. I would omit the extra salt next time. Other than that, it was simple to make and tasted great for our Christmas brunch!"

Added Recipe Photo to Mini Sweet Potato Pies W/ Whipped Cinnamon Cream Cheese Topping
"These are really pretty when they are done. The icing is delicious!!! The actual pie was good too. I put mine in little mini muffin cups and made home made pie crusts. The crust ended up a little thick for the pies, but the flavor was good. I would suggest making sure the pie crust you use is pretty thin so it doesn't overpower the sweet potato..."

"These were good. I was a little worried because I tasted them right out of the oven and they tasted like hamburger and weren't that meatball texture you expect. BUT - after about 3 or 4 hours simmering in the crock pot, they absorbed the bbq sauce and the flavor AND texture was much more like meatball. I would definitely suggest letting the meat..."

Reviewed Strawberry Rhubarb Streusel Pie
"This was amazing. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfectly. Our whole family enjoyed it and I wouldn't change a thing. Hanging on to this one for next year with lots of left over rhubarb from the garden. I also think it deserves 5 starts for how EASY it is to make. I had a pre-made crust and just threw everything in, topped it..."

I love to cook. I used to hate it. That was before I became a stay - home mom. I made foods for me and my husband as newlyweds and I know he choked some of it down with a smile. He still jokes to this day about when I made spaghetti and I didn't heat the sauce up. I just poured it over the hot noodles thinking they would warm the sauce - not so! Cold dinner - ick! Well I've gotten a lot better and my ultimate goal is to be the best cook in my family.
I like to try new things and especially try to find recipes for foods that most people do not like.
My rating system
1 star = will not eat again, will not make again.
2 stars = will not make again, but would eat it, if someone else made it for me
3 stars = Good, not the best I've ever had, but good flavor.
4 stars = Very good. I will make it again on occassion and would even recommend to others.
5 stars = Excellent. The best of it's kind that I've tasted, easy to make, others liked it too. Will make it again and will recommend to others.
I love just about anything. I am a big fan of ribs and ice cream. I love spicy foods too. Fruits and veggies are a big favorite in my house as well. Pretty much anything that is sweet will do too!
I was not a fan of brussels sprouts. A recipe I found on here was the reason I decided to become a part of this site in the first place. That recipe made me LIKE them! who knew? Now the only food I do not like is goat cheese...I wonder if there is a recipe out there with it, that will change my taste on that one too?
