    About Me

I am an undergraduate finishing my studies at Oxford University. As I am a vegan I have limited options in the dining hall, though there are some good shops locally that carry useful vegan items. I have found Recipezaar very useful for finding recipes for quick and easy meals.

    Favorite Foods

Ripe Indian mangoes - in my opinion a perfect mango is the most delicious thing on earth; raw mango salad and yoghurt rice; papayas with lime; sweet tender coconut flesh and water; tomato soup made with fresh, sweet, locally grown seasonal tomatoes and not much else; bitter chocolate, the darker the better, and though I am not a raw foodist, love raw dark chocolate - a local brand called Nibchoc make delicious raw sweets with cocoa nibs, carob, nuts and other good things; bel puri; hot dosas and chutney; and also many others but these are what I can currently think of.
