Reviewed Montreal Bagels
"These are great bagels. I used brown sugar instead of white and omitted the malt. I also used 1.5 tsp salt. These turned out fluffy and soft on the inside - very much like the Dempster;s bagels I usually buy at the grocery store."

"I was disappointed with this recipe. The flavour was very subtle and I could not taste the lemon or the Dijon even though it was marinated overnight. Sorry for the negative review!"

Reviewed Crunchy Granola Bars
"Sorry for a negative review but these did not turn out for me. I used a 9x13 inch pan and I even baked an additional 15 min but the bars did not stay together and did not crisp up at all. The honey mixture was also a bit too sweet for me."

Reviewed My Crock Pot Spaghetti Sauce
"This is a pretty good basic spaghetti sauce. It;s very easy and makes a lot. It is quite meaty, so I might use a little less meat next time. For me, it needed a bit more flavour - maybe more garlic? Spices? I;ll definitely play around with it next time."

"This recipe comes from my Betty Crocker cookbook, though I have adapted it somewhat. This loaf rises quite high and makes great sandwich bread. Although it is supposed to be a 1.5 lb loaf, it worked as a 2 lb loaf for me."
