I mostly cook vegan/vegetarian now, but occasionally we still eat a little meat. My favorite recipe sites are ohsheglows.com and thekitchentwist.com. Cooking daily for a hungry husband and toddler.
I'll try anything, but my favorites include Panamian food (I'm half), Chipotle Vegetarian Burrito Bowls, anything from Roy's Restaurant, and Italian food. I eat meat sparingly, so I'm always on the lookout for great vegetarian recipes. I've been getting a lot of GREAT recipes from "Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone" by Virginia Madison.
