    About Me

    We are retired, and live on a farm. We travel, especially in the winter, and crappie fish in the spring and summer. I do a lot of gardening and canning, as I have two freezers and one cellar that always seems to be full.

    Our fruit starts in May with Strawberries, then Raspberries, Blackberries, Peaches, Apples and Pears. I need all the help I can get for preserving and using this bounty, then comes venison and I need more help. I appreciate all
    those recipes that I can use.
