    I'm a stay-home mom with two little boys. I cook every night and am always in search of inspiration and ideas to make healthier, tasty food that appeals to my husband and kids' palates ('cos I'm the least picky of the bunch). Simple recipes with an emphasis on fresh produce and herbs are a favorite.

    I absolutely LOVE recipezaar and have been using it to help me through the times of "cooking block" for the past few years.

    My favorite things to create in the kitchen are lots of salads, including bread salads, Greek salads, and Mexican-inspired bean salads, as well as baked goods. I feel passionate about baking and have been enjoying my new Kitchen Aid Pro mixer very much!
