    About Me

    I work for a humane farming organization, which in part led me to go vegetarian back in 2008. I have been learning how to cook healthy and delicious vegetarian recipes since then. My partner and I cook together all the time, and blend together our styles as we go. We favor organic produce, a variety of beans and tofu, and lots of herbs and spices to keep it interesting!

    I am inspired to cook because I think that food can bring us together. It's central to our homemaking. It's central to community building. And it's central to supporting the kind of food system I want to see in our country. Local and organic and grown in my backyard if possible! :)
