I've been cooking since I was about 12 or so. I realized if I wanted to eat the foods I like, I needed to learn how to prepare them. Now I eat what I want. I enjoy trying new recipes and making improvements when I can. I have spent the last 20 yrs learning to smoke meat and create awesome "BBQ"
