    About Me

Born in Germany, Moved to US in 1963 and moved around a lot, France, Turkey, Saudi arabia, back to Germany, England, and settled in Las Vegas. I loved tasting native dishes and still experiment with different national foods. But I always come back to my favorite German comfort food. I found many great recipes on your site.
    Thank you all for posting.

    Favorite Foods

I love pasta and potatoes, veal, pork and fish..My favorite dish that everyone always asks for is Sauerbraten. The bad (or good) thing is it never turns out the same way. I like to experiment with different spices, but it never turned out bad.
