    New Topic Question:Fresh- Ginger- Cookies in Cooking Q & A

    "Fresh Ginger Cookies
    I'm curious why the original recipe was changed. I saw this first on Allrecipies.com and it called for two Tablespoons of fresh grated ginger and 3/4 Cups of butter. Granted, 3/4 C = 12 Tbsp, but why change it? It's much easier to unwrap a whole stick of butt..."
