    Retired pharmacist who liked to cook on campout vacations (better than changing diapers) and started to cook a lot more since 1980. I Cook Chinese, Italian, Thai, French, Mexican, and of course American. I also love to bake desserts of all kinds. I am always on the look out for a Thai recipea for Pad Kee Mow aka Drunkard Noodles.

    Rather than reading good books, I read recipes and then cook and bake. Fortunately, I have a wife who appreciates me and is never surprised when I tell her I feel like cooking so round up some people for dinner.

    Thai-Pad Kee Mow ( aka Drunkard Noodles)

    I am famous among family and friends for my Biscotti and Rugalah as well as a number of pies and cakes and Bread Pudding. I always seem to have 3 or 4 desserts in the freezer waiting to go.
