"The trick to thickening this sauce is to let it boil boil boil to reduce all the water. It takes about 20 - 30 minutes at a high boil but once it starts to thicken you get the consistency of the restaurants. Stir frequently so it doesnt burn. Just be PATIENT!!!!!"

"MMMMM! Good. I have an allergy to Garlic so I have a real difficult time finding a store bought dressing without it, thus I make it from scratch alot! This one is a keeper. I left out the garlic and worcester shire sauce (that has garlic too ) and I beleive that it didnt make a difference at all. It really makes alot of dressing even after cutting ..."
