    About Me

Recently retired special education teacher and the mother of one son. He is embarking on his own life now with marriage, college graduation, and completion of Police Academy. I am looking forward to spending more time with friends, family, and upcoming new friends.

    Favorite Foods

I love seafood. (Shrimp, oysters, crab, lobster, fish) I truly miss cooking a meal for my family. Now that it is just me, there is limited meals prepared and eaten here. Everyone truly loved my 10 layer chocolate cake. During late fall and early winter I prepared it for several birthdays and of course, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Now alot of us are diabetics.......and you know the rest!
