"Served with recipe#247952 - excellent sauce for roast beef - would taste wonderful on anything you'd want horseradish sauce on - love the addition of the mustard, lemon juice, garlic and wine vinegar, I think they lend a deeper flavor than traditional horseradish sauce - prepared for spring, 2013 PAC."

"These chops were so very tender, thank you for publishing this recipe. My biggest complaint with pork chops is that they are too often tough & dry - these were not. The only complaint my husband and I had was they were too salty for our taste, perhaps the regular stuffing would be less salty - I'll give it a try next time."
