"Aaaamazing! I made this in my vitamix, so it took seconds to make and was sooo smooth! I have been trying ice cream free milk shake recipes in my vitamix lately and this is THE BEST I've had! The creamer must be the real key to getting it smooth like that. I did add about 1/8 tsp of xanthan gum because I find that it helps to keep the ice from sep..."

"This stuff is 100% amazing! Even my non low carb friends love it and my small children love it too. I use cream cheese in mine- a whole 8oz package and I use more cauliflower. Since I'm usually out of green onions, I find that the dried chives work very well! This is a super easy and tasty dish for anyone, not just low carbers!!"

I did a few things different though- I used vegetable broth and I used more than what the recipe calls for. Not sure how much extra I used but after I got it all in the crock pot the jui..."
