"My first attempt at Mexican food was a huge hit! Made recipe #98604 Chicken Enchiladas and found your recipe. I used 2 ears of fresh corn on the cob followed your recipe but since I did not have Laughing Cow in the house I used shredded Mexican cheese and it was so yummy!! My husband does not like corn, he loved this!"

"What is so sad is that it looks like not a lot of people grill cod steaks. I have made cod many times and I so regret not looking up your receipe sooner. Great flavor and so easy! Holding onto this one! And I actually have a co-worker making it tonight! Thanks!"

"Made this recepie from advice from another chef on this site because I could not figure out what to make with a rack of lamb. Since it was my first attempt at making lamb I had no idea what sides to make with it. Sooooo yummy! I made sure to spray the pan with cooking spray first and also stired and flipped them a few times so they never stuck to ..."

"My first time EVER making lamb! Loved the crust on it it made my house smell like heaven! Will def make again, the only thing I would change is I cooked it for 15 minuets because I didn't want to "kill" it. Was a little to rare, will cook it to 20 minuets next time and it will be perfect! Made one adjustment, I used half plain bread..."

"This was very quick and easy, sorry I can not give you five stars though. I always follow a recipe as written for the first time. I would make this again but change a few things. I would only add one tablespoon of olive oil, little greasy. I would also put in a can of diced tomatoes instead of one of the cans of tomato paste. Would also put in two..."

Made it for my husband and I and had a lot of leftovers! Also found this in Cooking Light magazine, it was really good, but I will add more red pepper flakes to turn up the heat some more. Als..."

"I made prime rib for Christmas dinner last night. I was going to make mashed potatoes and then got the email from food.com about your receipe. Also sprinkled some panko bread crumbs ..."
