I love to cook, bake, and collect recipes. I live with my 2 cats and 1 dog, Boots, Taffy and Cyndr respectively. I am retired on disability. Cooking and collecting recipes are my passions. I have Celiac Disease and cannot have any Gluten, which is in wheat, barley, rye and commercial oats. I do a lot of experimenting to convert recipes to gluten free, especially breads, pastries, crackers etc.
Lonestar Steak House, they have great food and really go out of their way to accomodate food challenges. I also enjoy Red Robin and they also go out of their way to accomodate food challenges. My favorite ethnic restaurant is El Torrito's, they are very accomodating as well. Outback also has a gluten free menu.
Mostly I cook at home.
I do not have just one favorite dish to cook.
