    Reviewed Black Bean Soup With Sweet Potatoes

    "I made this last night and it was so quick and easy and delicious!! I used 2 cans of Trader Joe's black beans, so it only took about 20 minutes to cook. I let it sit on the stove on warm for about 45 minutes total, and it was fantastic. Will definitely make again!!"

    Reviewed Chicken and Lentil Stew (South Beach Diet Phase 2)

    "I made this last night and both my 11-year-old daughter and I loved it! Hearty, filling, tasty. HOWEVER, I have never seen lentils in a can, so I went ahead and bought a bag of lentils, which take only 20 minutes to cook, and used 2 cups of those instead of a can. It was all very good."
