"Very tasty. I made a few modifications. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts since dark meat tends to soak up more of the flavor of the sauce than white meat. I also used light coconut milk and added a bit of red curry to make the flavor "pop" a little bit more. Everyone loved it. I think it was just the right amount of c..."

"Sorry to ruin a perfect score but these were extremely greasy. I made them with the potatoes and was so excited that I had finally found a gluten free version of salmon croquettes. The taste was good but potatoes soaked up the oil like a sponge. Will try it again with gluten free crackers or go back to using corn meal as I have done in the past."

"These meatballs were sooo delicious and easy to make. I used ground turkey instead of beef but did not change any other part of the recipe. My 4 1/2 year old son who is a very picky eater loved them and even had seconds. I will definitely make this again."

"This recipe is definitely a keeper. I have always loved the traditional sweet potato casserole with the marshmallows; however this year I was looking for an alternative without all of the fat and sugar. So I tried this recipe. All I can say is...absolutely delicious. The guests gobbled it up and even had seconds and thirds. No one really see ..."

"Are you sure the measurements are correct on this recipe? This is the second time I have made this, I followed the instructions exactly and both times my dough has come out runny... more like a batter than a dough. It is definitely not the consistency that can be shaped into a loaf. It seems as if it either needs more flour or less liquid, not ..."

"Not sure why this is classified under healthy recipes on this website with the high fat and sodium content. In fact I modified it quite a bit to make it more healthy. I used low sodium soy and a quarter cup of honey (instead of sugar and made only one cup of marinade which I divided between the chicken and the noodles. Skipped the oil in the m..."

"This cake was a hit at our superbowl party. It was quite delicious and easy to make. The hardest thing about it was peeling and chopping the apples. I did not have ginger and could not find the cinnamon so I substituted pumpkin pie spice whihc worked well. All I had were granny smith apples but they actually worked well in this recipe. It has..."

"This cake is absolutely wonderful. I made it as a birthday cake for someone at work and it was an absolute hit. At the end of the day I managed to salvage a sliver to take home for my husband and 2 year old son who both loved it. I was kind of concerned because all I had was whole grain spelt flour but it still came out very light and tasty. Di..."
