"This was perfect for Valentine's Day dinner! We grilled the filets, adding the goat cheese during the last 2 minutes. I was a little nervous about the balsamic syrup, so I ended up serving it on the side in case we didn't like it. But it was great with the filets and complemented the goat cheese nicely."

"I do not like pastry crust for quiche and have been looking for something different. This is it! I made a couple of alterations: "light" butter, used skim milk and an additional egg, a dash of hot pepper sauce and dried thyme.
