"This came out really great! I actually reversed 2 of the steps: for my own needs, I started the cauliflower off on the top rack (indirect heat for a while to soften it, then flipped it to brown it on the other side when the other stuff I was making was done, and it was delicious and tender. "I thought this was very good but would recommend taking it easy on the mint. I took it on a picnic and enjoyed it very much but wished I had kept it colder. I also tried a brand of wine I was not familiar with and was somewhat disappointed; obviously the wine choice is quite important as there are few other flavors, so don't go for a cheap wine ..."

"I just couldn't get over the texture of this and I don't think the polenta went at all well with the chocolate. If you add a good deal of sugar and eat it quickly you can almost fool yourself into thinking you're eating something like cream of wheat with brown sugar, but in the end, I had to dump most of it."

"These came out nicely with minimal preparation, however, I would suggest using a very small clove of garlic or perhaps even minced instead of fresh as the flavor was a little overpowering, even for someone who really enjoys garlic."
