"My husband loved this dish. I didn't make sandwiches with it. I grated the onion into the mayo added a little bit of finely chopped hot red pepper for spice and color. Then I placed a small dollop of the "sauce" on each serving. Along with a simple green salad this made a cheap, and filling meal. I will make this dish many many more times."
