"This made a nice casserole. I used spinach noodles, that were quite wide and 12 oz. instead of the 10 oz. package. Next time I will increase the soup to 2 cans or go with a thinner noodle. It smells fabulous while cooking. Made a lovely candlelight meal surprising my husband after his afternoon golf! Thanks for posting."

"This recipe meets the requirements to consider when cooking for a crowd/group luncheon or dinner...not easily messed up. I used the Healthy Request cream of chicken soup, also, fat free sour cream, and Reduced Fat Ritz crackers, but confess to using a stick of melted butter drizzled on top. OK, next time diet margarine! We loved it."
