    About Me

    I have been a vegan for almost two years.  I became vegan to get healthy.  So far, I have lost 80 lbs., and I am still counting.  Although I have always loved cooking, when I became vegan I did not know what to eat, or how to cook vegan food.  The last two years, I have created recipes, found ready to go foods, and learned how to eat out at restaurants.  I hope the informaton I share will help you on your vegan journey.  Peace
