"My first no-boil lasagna and I used gluten-free lasagna noodles. A great basic recipe. We loved it!"

"One of the best salads I've ever had! The flavors were perfect together. I served on leafy lettuce and some cherry tomatoes for a main meal. I can see why Prince William won his polo match!"

"Terrific! Like someone else said, the reducing was taking quite a while, so I made a slurry with a little of the sauce and some cornstarch and whisked it in, and that thickened it nicely. I used a good chili powder instead of the puree. I also added the juice of a lime."

"This is really good. It may be a bit too sweet, I might reduce the white sugar by 1/4 cup next time. Rather than serve with chopped almonds on top, I toasted chopped almonds and mixed it into the ice cream as it was freezing."

"Really good. I didn't have the cranberry juice, so used the grape juice I always have on hand and it came out fine. Like another reviewer said, it's the perfect mix of crispy and chewy."

"Delicious and pretty easy for a very impressive end result. I used gluten-free bread to make fresh crumbs and also put some chopped fresh rosemary in the crumb mixture and it worked great. I couldn't find fresh figs, so tried to use dried figs cut in quarters. It would have worked better if I had cut the pieces of fig smaller."

"Best cupcakes ever! My tins must have been a bit smaller as I got 15 muffins from the recipe. Definitely use the coconut milk! I cut back on the icing because the recipe seemed like it would make too much, so I used 6 oz of cream cheese, 1/4 c butter, 1 c powdered sugar, juice of a whole lime and 2 oz white chocolate. I really liked it with the li..."

"This was delicious. I'd like even more mushrooms, so will add even more next time since they shrink down so much. I also mixed sweet potatoes and regular potatoes. My slow cooker took about 6 1/2 hours on high."

"I was torn between a couple chicken recipes here, but since I'm from NH too, I picked this one. Excellent and so easy. My husband loved this recipe. I should have followed the other reviewers' recommendations and reduced the salt, or left it out. Also, I added a dash or two of cayenne pepper."
