    "These are wonderful! I lent my neighbor my white sugar, so I used 3/4 cup of brown sugar instead (DH likes to put sugar on muffins anyway, so I didn't want them to be too sweet. I was also out of milk, so I used 1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt and 1/4 cup water. The recipe made a baker's dozen. Baked for 30 minutes. Delicious!"

    "Very tasty! I halved the recipe (using Hershey's Special Dark cocoa and baked it in an 8" glass pan. It puffed up in the center, like another cook had mentioned. It also had a slight quiche texture...maybe I should have used an electric beater instead of mixing by hand. I only had to use one measuring cup which made clean-up a breeze!"

    "I've tried every bread recipe from Fanny Farmer to Paul Hollywood, and so far, I am most pleased with this preparation! Whisked everything smooth, until I added the last three cups of flour, which I finished with a wooden spoon. (I only used 6 1/4 cups flour, and 1/2 Tbsp salt. It rose to more than double within a half hour, and the second rising..."
