"I wasn't very impressed with this recipe. I cut the recipe in half to make "4 servings" and maybe I may have screwed up my calculations for the measurements but I feel that the sauce isn't balanced for the title "Peanut Noodles"...not to my taste anyway. "My husband and I loved it very much! I'm still getting used to my vegeterian diet AND I don't have too much tolerance for jalapenos but I still went for it as prescribed and t'was delicious! However, I did use parsley instead of cilantro and I must say...stick to the cilantro...perfect herb for this dish! Thanks for sharing!!"
