"Loved this! Made exactly as written except I did cut down on both the cayenne and the crushed red pepper. I used 3/4 lb of shrimp because there were only 2 of us but kept the rest the same so we'd have lots of that delicious juice. Dumped it over bowtie noodles with steamed broccoli as the veg. Quick, easy and delicious."

"I made this recipe exactly as written, with the exception of using dry parsley instead of fresh, and marinating it directly in the foil packet. I whisked up the marinated in a bowl and then poured it over the fish and let it marinate only for about 45 min or so. I used a 3/4 lb sockeye salmon fillet. While the flavor combination was good, I thi..."

"This was really good! I made it almost exactly as written, but changed it up a little bit. Instead of using just lemon juice, I melted up a chunk of butter and 1/2 a lemon and used that to moisten my fish before adding the crumbs. I also used cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs, which I think made it a little crunchier. Other than that, I t..."

"Despite the fact that I totally over spiced and it turned out really hot, we LOVED this. It was quick, easy and really tasty. Next time I'll stick to the amounts given instead of increasing them on my own."

"Made this last week for dinner. My husband loved it so much that he made it again the next day for lunch! He never cooks, so that is the absolute highest compliment."

"Made this last night and loved it. Mine did brown nicely, I think that the paprika helps with that. I thought that the lemon & butter mixture was just perfect - not overpowering, just enough to give it nice flavor. I will definitely make this again."

"Loved this! My only problem was that I sliced the sausage a little too thick, so my broccoli cooked, but the sausage was not. No biggie, just pulled out the broc. until sausage was done. Also totally forgot the cayenne pepper, which disappointed me until my husband said how glad he was that it wasn't overly spice. Quick, Easy and and excellent..."

"I printed this recipe over a year ago and finally got around to making it last night. It was excellent! I overdid the cajun seasoning (figured I'd use up the last in the jar, so it was a little too spicy, but that was my fault. If this wasn't so stinking fattening, it would be a regular on our dinner menu. Fattening or not, I will definitely ..."

"I make this all the time, although I add poppy seeds to the melted butter and use 1/2 monterey jack cheese and 1/2 cheddar. Also, the bread is easiest to cut if you put it in the freezer for 1/2 hr before cutting. I also find that an electric knife works well."

"loved these. I used the juice from 1-1/2 lemons and followed the recipe exactly. They came out perfectly. I was a little concerned because it seemed like there was too much water, but in the end, they were perfect."
