"Makes a nice very very mild dish. If you like your chicken spicy, you will need to add more!! The lime in the marinade was a nice touch."

"My husband took one bite and announced that this was one of the best dinners I have made. Since I had no orange juice, I used pineapple juice. Next time, and there will be many next times, I want to try the orange juice to see the difference. The pineapple juice and the rest of the spices were very subtle.Good thing I had a new knee high stocking ..."

"So GOOD! Things omitted: cinnamon, serrano peppers, light cream. No cream because of our waists. No cinnamon or peppers because I didn't have any. I did saute the garlic with the onions as suggested by others. While simmering, the liquid seemed to disappear so I added more wine and vinegar. This had a wonderful taste with a spicy bite! After my la..."

"A good basic start to a simple recipe! I had all the ingredients on hand and didn't have to make a special trip to the store. Since we like things spicy, I used 2 T cumin and 1T chili powder. Since we are watching our waists, we didn't use tortillas, guac, or sour cream. Topped with Salsa, this was a great!!!"

"I cut the recipe to two servings and reduced the amount of oil since my husband and I are both watching our waistlines! I used salt substitute instead of salt. This is a real husband pleaser! He loved it, said it filled him up and tasted great. Will definately make this again."

"A real Husband pleaser! So pretty and fresh! I reduced the olive oil in the dressing to only 1 tablespoon to cut a few calories. The lemon and mustard dressing contrasted with the sweetness of the corn and just made my tastebuds tingle! So Yummy!"

"Very Good!!! Another recipe to add to the monthly menus. The tomatoes added such a zip to the green beads! I added onion and used chopped garlic since Husband likes onion and I like fresh garlic. Thanks so much!"

"Just TOO good. Husband loved it. Since I don't know what bouquet garni is, I omitted it. Also omitted the boiled eggs in case I needed to freeze it. After adding a couple of tsp of salt substitute, this was so so GOOD! Not having access to fresh herbs, I had to make do with dried and used 2 tsp of marjoram. I made half with the butter and half wit..."

"My husband and I loved this recipe. We didn't have a lemon so we used bottled lemon juice and doubled the amount. We also sauted some chopped onion to add a little more flavor. Thanks for the great recipe!"

"This was my first time to cook a turkey and it came out great! I loved the low cal natural gravy too. Instead of tossing the giblets, I added them to soup made with the turkey carcass. Didn't have fresh herbs so I just threw in small handfuls of dried herbs and hoped for the best."
