My six year old gobbled this soup up even though she'd never had bok choy before. We all loved it! Thanks to this recipe we can add bok choy to the list of veggies we can g..."

"These were really good! I also added ginger, like another reviewer. I actually didn't have wrappers (and didn't feel like going through the extra work! so just dropped globs of the pork mixture right into simmering soup base to make Bok Choy and Pork "dumpling" soup. It was fantastic and super easy! Thanks!"

I even stuffed an eggplant using this recipe (actually chopped up all the zucchine and improvised a bit and wrapped it up in tin foil for a camping trip. I tossed the foil-wrapped eggplant into the fire for 15 minutes and it was fabulous! A real gourmet meal in the woods! Thanks..."

"I followed the recipe to a tee (including using a thermometer to check the oil temp. I found these to be crispy and enjoyable but lacking flavor. Maybe my plantains were of the wrong ripeness. We couldn't taste the garlic at all. They were a bit like fat sea-salt potato chips."

"All the great reviews fooled me into thinking this recipe might somehow be more than the sum of its parts. But in the end it tasted like spicy salsa with jam baked on chicken. It wasn't bad and it was easy but neither me nor my 5 year old daughter were impressed.
