    "This is another Cooking Light magazine recipe. They suggest using 1 tbsp of minced jalapeno pepper but I prefer to leave it out. I use canned pineapple."

    Reviewed The Thigh Who Loved Me

    "Very nice recipe- I was out of Ketchup (really!) So I subbed in some canned pasta sauce. Probably gave it a little more kick than this recipe. I also pulled it out of the oven after 30 minutes, and it was done. I will make this again, but I would throw in some mushrooms or vegetables to give the sauce more body. Personal taste only."
