"This is an excellent sauce..I had to omit the tomato paste because noticed I had none after starting but I don't think it hurt the flavor. I did add a tsp of sugar to cut the acid but made no other changes and my family loved it!"

"I thought this was an excellent dough--good texture, easy to work with and good flavor. The only thing I did differently is that I used warm water. I have made bread etc. since I was 10 and always use warm water when yeast needs to be dissolved....don't use really hot water or you will kill the yeast and your dough won't rise!"
