"Suprisingly wonderful flavor for such a simple meal. I did not have italian seasoning so I used my Penzey's Pizza Seasoning. Awesome! Next time, I'll take a little more care in chopping up the tomatoes, I double the recipe to feed a family of 7.5. A great Lenten meal."

"For such a simple recipe, this was delicious! I did not have serrano peppers, so I used jalapeno pepper. This is the only change I made, will use serranos next time, this recipe needs nothing else, perfect as is!"

"I was pretty paranoid about making a turkey because of hearing my guests critique other turkeys over the years, this step by step got me through it easily and I was able to have a successful dinner with a moist and delicious turkey as a centerpiece. Thanks for the tutorial!"

"First off, I must apologize for keeping this in my cookbook for years before trying it. All that time not knowing how good these were! My kids even loved them. There are a few steps but don't let that dissuade you. I learned on another recipe that if you rub a tiny bit of shortning on each side of the corn tortillas and stack them on a plate an..."

"These were very good. I used some frozen green beans from my garden. I followed the recipe and was a bit concerned because it smelled so sweet. I shouldn't have doubted after 4 hours in the crockpot the beans came out delicious. Everyone was pleasantly suprised. Thanks for an interesting and tasty dish."

"My husband and I really liked the flavor but it was a bit dry. My kids were not too crazy about it (I was really suprised about this! It was not very appealing to look at and that might have had a lot to do with it."

"When I make this again, I will make one significant change.... I will DOUBLE it! This was awesome! I didn't think I liked Alfredo sauce. But I do, definitely made me fall off the diet wagon. We had it plain on Fettuccine and it was exceptional! Next time, we will go with chicken, and the time after that, shrimp and by Friday this week......."

"This was very easy to make. If I made it again, I would probably add bacon bits and cheese to give it more of a "twice baked potato casserole" flair. Good as is."

"These are definitely for the garlic lover. Very easy to make, I forgot to lay an egg out from the fridge so ran out to the coop and waited to get a really fresh one: My husband commented on the texture of the inside and crustiness of the outside. Definitely make these again. I may double the recipe, we barely had enough for dinner. (Sampled ..."

"The filling was good but I did have a problem with it oozing out (probably my fault, I was in a hurry. I used a homemade pie crust so they turned out nice and flaky. I have to say the chili powder salt mixture seemed a lot for sprinkling on the outside so i cut it down and it still tasted way too salty. My kids had to scrape it off before they..."
