    About Me

I love cooking. I love trying new recipes, something my 4 and 5 year old are getting used to. I started working as a breakfast and lunch cook in a sit down restaurant at 16; that's when I began to branch out into the unexplored recipes. So for 21 years I've been aquiring kitchen implements and cookbooks and gaining experience into the more subtle skills required to make a meal as perfect as I can. Oh yeah, I'm a horrible baker.

    Favorite Foods

Meat. Fish, even though that's a kind of meat.
