    "AMAZING! The best carrot cake I've ever tasted. I ran out of wheat flour, so I used unbleached, and put oatmeal in the blender + grinded to make oat flour, which worked just as well as wheat flour ( my dad is anti- health food and he didn't even notice! To add extra tang, add a little more orange juice to the frosting. Delish!"

    "Great! I added chopped apples, and while eating, I cut in half and sprinkled on some cinnamon sugar and it brought out the apple flavor! I'm sure you could add the cinnamon before baking as well. I foudn it didn't take the 20 minutes- it took roughly 15 for mine."
