"I liked that this recipe made two loaves. I won't be making it again however. I looked forward to to various flavors but the pineapple and, for the most part, the blueberries were completely overwhelmed by the coconut. Also I used my regular loaf pans but they were too small; the middle of both loaves were uncooked."

"You need look no further for a carrot cake recipe. I made this as cupcakes baked for 22 minutes. I subbed raisins for the nuts due to allergies. Made as written otherwise, I will use half applesauce and half oil next time. Thanks for an excellent recipe. Edit: I have made again as a cake to rave reviews."

"The whole family liked this very much. Given the other reviews, I skipped the lemon, didn't have it anyway. I didn't have time to sear the roast, just plopped it in the pot. Cooked on high for 4 hours. Next time I will score the top of the roast and really smear the garlic in there. I took the roast and veggies out of the pot and transferred the a..."

"This was a good starting off point for me. In place of the chili seasoning envelope, I used cumin, chili powder and red pepper. I used frozen chicken which shredded up nicely. I am fairly wimpy about spicy food but next time will use medium salsa. This chili was a little sweet for my tastes but, as often happens, was better the next day. Thanks C..."

"I really enjoyed this particularly since it could be made ahead of time. I made everything and let it marinade in a zip lock bag in the frig for about 36 hours before serving. I will probably make this again but unless there's a crowd, I will halve the recipe. I'm going to try the leftovers on pizza. Thanks for a very enjoyable recipe."

"This was really good, a nice twist on plain cukes. I used minced garlic instead of the clove right in the marinade. This makes a great side and it's easy. I used two "European" cukes and put the whole thing together in the morning for an afternoon get together. The leftovers were good the next day as well. I will surely be making this again. Thank..."

"Made these to take to a Christmas party at work today. I hope no one likes them, I want to take them home. I thought they were great and will make again for sure. Thanks! Note: Alas, there were none left after my party. I bet this marinade would be good with chicken wings, too."

"This will seem like an odd review, bear with me. I don't like peanut brittle but my parents do and this was made for them. It's very easy to make and not at all time consuming. I didn't taste this so until I hear how the folks liked it, the five stars are for ease of making. BTW, if you spray your measuring cup with cooking spray before you measur..."
