    Reviewed Cream Puff Cake

"TO DIE FOR!!! Really easy to make, tastes great, people will think you're a genius in the kitchen. I skipped the chocolate on top and served hot fudge sauce on the side. Will be made again and again. Thanks, yooper."

    Reviewed Chinese Fragrant Spareribs

"Made these to take to a Christmas party at work today. I hope no one likes them, I want to take them home. I thought they were great and will make again for sure. Thanks! Note: Alas, there were none left after my party. I bet this marinade would be good with chicken wings, too."

    Reviewed Microwave Peanut Brittle

"This will seem like an odd review, bear with me. I don't like peanut brittle but my parents do and this was made for them. It's very easy to make and not at all time consuming. I didn't taste this so until I hear how the folks liked it, the five stars are for ease of making. BTW, if you spray your measuring cup with cooking spray before you measure..."

Reviewed Stormy's Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies (2 Ingredients!)

"I had a lot of trouble with this simple cookie. First they dough was way underdone and I used too much, it was all over the muffin tin. Second time, super hard to get out of the muffin tin. I used sugar cookie dough, have some left so will try again because people who ate them really liked them. I will try Megs_ method."

    Reviewed Raspberry Meringues

"Made these last night. They are light and crispy. The color was pretty off for me. If I make them again I probably won't use the food coloring. Beware chefs, it takes the full 10 minutes of beating to get those lovely stiff peaks!"

    Reviewed White Chocolate Peppermint Bark

"So easy that I made a batch of this while I had other cookies in the oven. It looks pretty and tastes good, too. I spread this out on a silpat, definitely the way to go. Put the chocolate in a sandwich bag and snipped a tiny bit off the corner, very easy to drizzle this way. Thanks, HF."
