    A really delicious and flavourful meal. The meat was well-seasoned and tenderized by the vinegars. The assembled tacos delicious with the addition of the Chipotel Cream and Chimichurri - both adding great flavour. Like Vicky, I added some thin avocado slices to the tacos for an extra burst of freshness."

    Very good! The sauce especially was full-flavoured and definitely more-ish. 2 lbs of ricotta is just way more than I would use for lasagna, so I used exactly 1/2 that amount, keeping all the other ingredients as called for. We didn';t miss the extra lb at all, finding proportions ';just right, for our tastes at least."

    Wow! Wish I could give this fantastic meal more stars. I LOVED the way the mascarpone added creamy richness to a fairly standard bolognese, and will definitely do that to my own sauce.     Made these for the kids tonight and used ciabatta. Rubbed the bread with a little nub of garlic for extra flavour and added just a smidge of basil as mozzarella is a great melting cheese but lacking in flavour. Prosciutto is like bacon - GOOD!!!"
