Reviewed Spaghetti Sauce and Eggless Meatballs

"I made the meatballs and they were delicious. Just the recipe I needed. Simple meatballs with no egg. I didn;t have any Parmesan so I used some mild cheddar. Very good and probably would be much better with the Parm. Simple is often the best and this recipe makes excellent meatballs."

Reviewed Pasta with Mushroom Garlic Sauce

"Delicious. And easy. What could be better? I cut the recipe in half and I did add some white wine and let it reduce. However it was the garlic and mushrooms that I loved. I also used gluten free noodles. It was my first time to try the noodles. They are a little different but were not bad at all."

Reviewed Leftover Chicken or Turkey Rice Casserole

"Delicious! I made this with turkey. I made some very minor changes based on what I had on hand. Will be making this again. I did use 1 1/2 tsp. of dried Thyme and 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard."

    Reviewed Guiltless Cheesy Mac

"I didn't make mine as guiltless as Bobby's. I loved the idea of a cheesy veggie noodle dish. I added more cheese, milk, and sour cream. Also a little of the water from cooking the pasta. No bread crumbs. Just not the way I like my mac and cheese. The peas and cauliflower are great with mac and cheese. This was delicious. It filled up a 13"x9"""

    Reviewed Asian Grilled Salmon

"This is the best recipe I have found on the web ever. And that covers a LOT of recipes from many sites. My husband said this was the best salmon he has ever had. I agree. We have eaten some very tasty salmon thanks to various cooks on the web but none to compare to this recipe. Moist, moist, moist with so much flavor. SO EASY. I had no ideal ""

    Reviewed Salmon Cakes

"Really good. I baked the patties in my toaster oven. Using what I had on hand I made a sauce of mayo, Mae Ploy sauce [sweet garlic chili sauce] , and minced sweet pickle. I used about 1/2 cup mayo and about 1/4 cup Mae Ploy. Was a delish sauce but didn't need the pickle."
