    My Journal

    Reviewed Chocolate Chip Banana Cake

"Made this yesterday and it is almost completely gone! Absolutely delicious. I subbed a little less than half the oil with applesauce, used a 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, and sprinkled some pecans on top. DELICIOUS!"

Reviewed Easy Crock Pot Moroccan Chicken, Chickpea and Apricot Tagine

"was pretty good, not what i expected. DEFINITELY reduce the chickpeas to one can instead of two, and instead of all apricots, put some prunes in as well. We served it over toasted almond and raisin cinnamon couscous. a little too tomato-y for our taste but still delicious and hearty"

Reviewed Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

"After I got married this was the first recipe I used in my slowcooker, and it is not my go to chicken soup recipe! So delicious and gets rave reviews every time! My changes: Make it a day or two in advance to be able to skim the fat. Add in chopped sweet potato or two- delicious!"

"AMAZING! This is the first dip i've ever made and it turned out so delicious and was soo easy to make! I didn't have fresh parsley so I used dried and it turned out great. It's hard to keep myself from eating all of this before my guests come!!"
