About Me

I am a vegan who is fortunate enough to live near a wonderful organic foods store, so i get all of my food there. I love to cook, especially desserts, and i'm always looking for recipes that my whole family can enjoy (hard to do, as i'm the only vegetarian and vegan and others in my family are picky).

Favorite Foods

I love all asian food, because it is so easy to substitute tofu for meat and with such tastey results.
