    Reviewed Leftover Lovers Muffins

    "I used leftover oatmeal in these. I also added a tablespoon of beet juice so they would be pink...this was for the little girl who was not enjoying the big or the little brother today. For oil I use coconut, and added chocolate chips, trader joes orange cranberries, raisins, and pecans....just the last bit in the bags because I was organizin..."

    "This is good. I had some celery to use up so I added that as well. I had never eaten chicken gizzards before....not bad. And hey, one more meal from that big bird. The kids liked this as well. We put it over brown rice."

    "These were very good. My second favorite of all time, but the three kids thoughts these were even better than the regular recipe. In fact three kids ages 4, 3, and 1 ate the whole batch except for 2 pancakes. We put corn cob jelly on them, oh and apple peel jelly. And I ate mine plain because I'm weird that way. Good recipe."

    "We used to have these in Germany. My host mom was the best cook. Just made them for the kiddos...all three loved them. This is not our normall kind of food...we rarely eat this much butter, or high carb noodles, but the kids thought this was the best noodles ever...and they were in love."
