I love to cook. I own too many cookbooks, and have too many recipes saved on my computer.
I really became obsessed with canning. I love to go to "Pick Your Own" farms and can something with what I picked.
I'm an urban veggie gardener, working on expanding my garden space.
I'm also a strict vegetarian, but I cook vegan.
Anything that comes from the Earth. Actually, I really like things with multiple ingredients, like stews and soups.
I'm kind of famous for things I wish I wasn't famous for. . .like a chocolate cake recipe from The Candle Cafe Cookbook. Or things that I find to be really simple.
