    About Me

    Seems like I can never follow a recipe faithfully even when I try, so I'm always on the lookout for adaptable recipes, with which to expand my repertoire.

    I try to raise as much of the food that we consume as possible:  fruit, veg, berries, eggs, chicken, and soon, goat products--cheese, yogurt, chevon--and experiments with different grains.

    I'm not the Grand Chef, so when something turns out better than the equivalent available at the restaurant or the store, I always feel a bit smug!
