Hello friends! since folks are interested in some of the healthy things I prepare I thought I'd put it here nalang so I can share broadly and also you can see the breakdown nutritional info.
These are the dishes I prepare to make up for the ice cream and date meals. They migth not be orgasmic but I enjoy them enough to eat on a regular basis and they are easy to prepare.
Remember, If someone like me who burns a kettle down trying to cook water can make these, than ANYONE (even a labrador retriever) CAN.
Additional note, don't be afraid to be hungry. The dishes are usually light (some are the calorie equivalent of a bite-size snickers) so you will probably get hungry within 2 hours, but if you love (I do!) then that's a good thing :)
