    About Me

    For years, I have been happy to have my husband do the cooking. But this summer I decided to go vegetarian and became interested in cooking. Although I'm now a flexitarian (a vegetarian sometimes), I still enjoy creating a meal from scratch.

    Favorite Foods

    Mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, and anything a rabbit would eat. On my carnivore days I love beef stroganoff and shrimp.
